That’s not what the article says

Mottie can’t read
Yes it does. Notch just doesn’t like to hear news like that. I bet he is dreading the figures that will show those Romanian pickpocket gangs that he denies are coming over here. :ROFLMAO:

The latest official data shows there were more than 19,000 foreign offenders awaiting deportation at the end of last year, up from almost 18,000 when the Conservatives left office in July.

So, what's the problem?

No, the article does not say the numbers of serious offences has gone up since Labour took office.

You can’t read.

Try harder

Poor Mottie utterly wrong as usual

“Overrun with Arabs” says racist Mottie.

Mottie has never offered any sympathy for the innocent Palestinians in Gaza….because Mottie does not like Muslims.

Mottie supports the Reform Racist party.

Next paragraph tells you.

Home Office sources blame the increase in foreign criminals awaiting deportation on early releases due to prison overcrowding, instability in some countries making deportations difficult, and a litany of appeals against deportation on human rights grounds.

and yet...

The rise came despite more offenders being deported since Labour came to power.

Who is mot trying to blame in this thread?

I think he is merely suggesting that those who think our prisons aren’t full up with “imported” criminals will have some evidence to prove them wrong.

Far too many inside the prison system yet Labour are clearing a backlog created by Tory inaction which Bobby J. has the gall to criticise after being one of the Tory ministers responsible for the aforementioned b.log. You couldn't make it up.

Where does it say they are clearing a backlog?

An increase in deporting foreign criminals, is not a good result, if it’s because there are more to deport. But it’s a good way of pretending you are tackling a problem.

“A government source”. Who won’t be named  he/she is that happy to go on record.
