Hardly,Reads to me as an opinion piece by a judge rather than a court ruling.

A couple of facts for you.It is illegal and unconstitutional for them to deport US citizens.
He is correct.
The child hasn't been deported though and the mother isn't a US citizen.
The media often uses carefully worded articles to imply things are true when they are not.
They do this because they know that biased people only see what they want to see.

This bit?why dont you quote the rest of the report regarding who decided to take the child , the child was not deported
Because it doesnt know it doesnt mean it is not what happened . The evidence is seemingly there for them to look at which they are meant to be doingThis bit?
“The Government contends that this is all okay because the mother wishes that the child be deported with her,” Doughty wrote. “But the Court doesn’t know that.”

So they obviously did not follow their own constitutional rules then.Because it doesnt know it doesnt mean it is not what happened . The evidence is seemingly there for them to look at which they are meant to be doing
Bad reputation with whom the press ? or the American public which includes tens of millions of immigrants who done it legallyThere is clearly some doubt and confusion about the issue.
The stupidity of it is that Trump and his officials are creating a very bad reputation for themselves by not ensuring all the appropriate procedures are adhered to.
wtf are you on about have you actually read the whole article what bit did they not follow the rules ? the kid was not deportedSo they obviously did not follow their own constitutional rules then.
Point proven, thank you.

But it reinforces the lack of due process, which is what the case is all about.Because it doesnt know it doesnt mean it is not what happened

Deported with her mother, when she shouldn't have been.the kid was not deported
The American people and other countries, ie. international reputation.Bad reputation with whom the press ? or the American public which includes tens of millions of immigrants who done it legally

Bad reputation with whom the press
the mother decided to keep her kid with her the kid was not deported it was the mothers rightful choice to makeDeported with her mother, when she shouldn't have been.

So you think that mothers should be separated from their children then?Deported with her mother, when she shouldn't have been.
