Kasper Eriksen, arrested, shackled, thrown in prison by Trumps gestapo.

WRONG

He didn’t return form I-751 by the deadline.

However that does not mean automatic deportation, it does state they may accept valid reasons for missing the 90 day deadline

Nor does it mean he should be detained, handcuffed, shackled and jailed

He is getting thrown out because there is a vindictive c***t in power.
yeah ten years after the deadline he must have been working a fair bit of overtime keeping him so busy

The original asylum claim.

Not the one based on his mental health.
A convicted violent criminal, who lied about being persecuted from a not particularly unsafe place has his claim denied. The travesty is the UK tax payer picks up the bill.

Just because he forgot to return one document, does it justify him being detained, handcuffed, shackled, thrown in prison?

You really are an unpleasant person aren’t you?

yes it does when that one document is the one that makes him legal why would you not fill it in .
.
Why do you have such a disregard for basic procedure do you think you are better than and above the laws ?

No I don’t think it’s good behaviour for a state to lock someone up who has a minor issue with his green card restrictions relating to his marriage just as I don’t think it’s appropriate to deport someone who’s been living in a country legally, married a national and popped to the US to visit family.

But I don’t see people complaining about Sweden.
The cases are totally different
The guy in America was detained, handcuffed, shackled, thrown in jail.

The person you are talking about was not

You are justifying Trump gestapo thugs handcuffing, shackling, throwing in prison a person who didn’t fill in a form.

If it was so important to US immigration why did they not mention it in the numerous they had corresponded with him over 10 years

Oh and the reason he forgot to do it in the deadline was because of a family trauma:

“She had suffered a stillbirth, losing their first child, and in the days of grief that followed, the deadline slipped right past them. But Kasper’s naturalization continued unimpeded. He corresponded with immigration officials numerous times over the next 10 years, and says agents never warned him that a critical document was missing”

You really are a PoS aren’t you

Guess you would have disagreed with the 9/11 terrorists being thrown out purely for not sticking to their visa`s before they murdered 3000 people
