You'd think he'd just sling it on expenses given it's the tax payer that has the financial burden of this low IQ behemoth gob-shyte.

While I read the article I thought to myself how a princess Diana moment was needed if ever there was one, but the shear weight of this blimp in the vehicle probably prevented the driver from reaching anywhere near top speed. That's probably why it cost so much as well -- took 10 times longer having a dead weight in the car. Probably had to stop multiple times to re-fuel. Re-pressurise tyres as well. Give the driver a medal.

The number of times I've had "extra fees" in French Taxis, despite all communication being in French. I prefer Uber.
