Trump campaigned on deporting dangerous criminals.

What terrible crime has Kasper Eriksen committed? A = he didn’t file one document over 10 years ago.

No wonder tourism in America has crashed, if you go there you might disappear without trace.

Keep away from Trumpland

So he knew he had to file it and forgot at the time . So knowing that he had to file it why did he not file it in the proceeding 10 years let alone in the weeks months after he was meant to .

And you think that is a reason to throw him in prison?

you really a nasty, horrible person, arent you?

How do you know he was arrested by ICE? They don't wear uniforms or show ID and drive unmarked cars.

They are indistinguishable from any other armed gang abducting people.

Would you describe an FBI agent arrest as an armed gang abducting people?

They are both agents of the state with statutory powers of arrest and enforcement.

Pure and simple follow the laws of the land and spend ten minutes filling in a form what is so hard about that . Sounds like he is a bit like yourself and thinks he doesnt need to following the rules . .
First rule of going to any country stick by their customs and laws

But do you believe in the principle of proportionality, and that the punishment should fit the crime. Where do you stand on the case of Lucy Connolly, for instance.

Is there a comparison?

I know for a fact that many European countries would deport a spouse for such an error. Sweden for example.

Is there a comparison?

Very much so. As regards hypocrisy. If somebody says the law is the law, no matter how harsh. But then objects to the law being applied when it doesn't suit them.

“I know for a fact” is not proof.

I doubt many European countries detain people and thrown them in jail for a minor administrative error, the normal course of events would be to allow representation and appeals process.

Yet more examples of Trumps ICE behaving like a dictatorship not a civilised country.

These are some of the many people legally in the US who have been detained by ICE or refused entry

A series of people – some of whom have never known life outside the United States – have been detained and deported amid the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration

Thank you once again for proving my point: you are thoroughly nasty person.

I have no doubt you are laughing your head off at the thought of families being torn apart by Trump

If you think a law abiding citizen who supports the American economy should be treated like that, then you are showing exactly what sort of character you are.
