Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows of pipe clamps like these ones, but with either....

Single thread, rather than the M10 M8 combo which means there's only about 4mm of M8 thread.

Or captive M8 stud?

Thanks.

Do they need the rubber on? If not have you looked at Munsen Rings or school board clips?

Munsen rings are probably the closest I'd be able to use as I need firm clamping. It's not actually for plumbing, I'm helping a friend with an amateur radio mast and these are the only things I can think of.

It's nothing like what is on that link, but thanks. It has to resemble the clip above, which does work, just we're not happy with the shallow thread on the M8 part.

From memory one needs to be about 76mm and the other 85mm. But the reason I put this in the plumbing area, is that those plumbing clips we're using at the moment are almost perfect for the job.

From the look of the Unistrut pipe hanger type you picture https://docs.rs-online.com/95e9/A700000007851155.pdf they are mainly intended to suspend rather than support a sideways load that one would expect a radio antenna mast to require. (Wind loading / structural calcs anyone?) Although a mast needs stabilising guy ropes to be a mast.

Something like that looks good.

Basically the official ones for the mast are here https://www.clarkmasts.com/mast-accessories/mounting/1/mast-mounting-ring/

but they want £60 for one clamp!
