He never did understand he was looking at the wrong data.
Watching one of the abused girls on the news right now, they said 9 people were convicted of her abuse but she claims it was nearer 50 and apart from one who was Algerian, they were all Pakistani's. This is not what Nosey, Notch and others want to hear. Apparently all local councils clammed up when questioned except Oldham and it only came out when Labour lost control of that authority and couldn’t cover it up any more. Disgraceful.
