The best place to look is prison data. That way you weed out all the "technical offences", which are NFA'd or cautioned. There actually aren't many in prison for such offences. But for example if you look at the similar offence of sexual assault agains females you will be quite shocked:
Nearly half of all the prison population for sexual assault against women are non-whites - thats not adjusted for population. 18.3% of the population accounting 42-49% of those in prison for the offence, depending on the year.

Those would be ridiculously high proportions, but even those fall short of a majority.
I'm not comfortable using prison numbers either, then you have to be confident that there's no racism involved in the process between a report and conviction. Indicative, and maybe the best stats we have, but still not good.

You're wrong on this one. It's in the small print at the bottom. Excludes defendants whose ethnicity was not recorded.
The data is ****. Which means any conclusions made based on it are unsound.

Since 2021 there have been more robust recordings of ethnicity. Not perfect I agree. White or non white - not easy to confuse. Pakistani percentage maybe less, I'm not sure.
There isn't a statistic in any records anywhere in this great land that would make this statement remotely true...
