Commercial solicitor fees

We are looking at buying a commercial property.
We’ve been quoted:

Solicitor’s fees

VAT thereon
£400​
Stamp Duty on purchase price

Searches (approximately)
£750​
Land Registry fees
£33​
Cost – Transfer of Purchase Money
£36​
Electronic ID check
£14.40​
£3,233.40

Do they seem fair ? I’m waiting to hear back from someone else.

It’s a while since I’ve been through a purchase.
 
I use an old fashioned bricks and mortar high street firm, they are slow, old school but professional, the younger licensed conveyancers seem a little too keen on upselling things like extra searches. I suppose it’s a business like any other.
