Tories acted in very odd ways:

1) Johnson prorogued parliament in an attempt to avoid democratic debate
2) Johnson lied to parliament about border checks between NI and GB
3) Tories opened a VIP lane to give £bs to their mates
4) Sunak tried to push a bill through to state Rwanda is a safe country, thats putting into law black is white

the above are attempts at damaging democracy and putting the executive above the judiciary

Labour are doing nothing like that

The executive should be above the judiciary.
Remind me when we last held elections for the judges. They are unaccountable, unlike MPs, who still (albeit watered down from what they once were) face consequences for their actions.

Undocumented migrants make up 5% of American workers

so they arent illegals, they are legitimate workers, paying income tax.

America only keeps them undocumented because it provides them with cheap Labour with no rights.

It’s a step up from slavery I suppose.
 
I daresay y'all can guess how Trump might deal with the channel boats.

What he does is often stupid, and also isn't legal, fair, decent, honest or truthful, but can have the rather handy quality of getting the fking job done.

Judges do not make laws.

The executive proposes new bills, parliament then consider it and vote on it, and once ratified it gets put into law.

Once law, it is the job of a judge to reach decisions based on the law.

Trump is the leader of the worlds most powerful economy

U.K. doesn’t have the leverage, so it’s pretty limited what can be done….especially as France is the gateway for vast majority of U.K. goods exports to EU.

The executive in the UK is parliament.
They make the laws.
They should be above the judiciary because they are accountable to the electorate.
Your mate, Blair, was the one who gave the judiciary power over the executive (parliament) for the purpose of making MPs less accountable.
Your beloved European Union follows the exact same groove of ever greater lack of liability for elected representatives.
Yet, you voted to leave because you like bendy bananas!
