ICE agents behaving unlawfully

The executive in the UK is parliament
Simply wrong.

I'm not sure why you want to have a discussion on something outside your knowledge base.

They make the laws
Executive does not make laws

They should be above the judiciary because they are accountable to the electorate
If executive is above the judiciary they aren't accountable ya muppet

Your mate, Blair, was the one who gave the judiciary power over the executive (parliament) for the purpose of making MPs less accountable
No

Your beloved European Union follows the exact same groove of ever greater lack of liability for elected representatives.
So you don't understand European parliament either, as you arenot correct.

If you want a grown up debate, be a grown up

Who are you trying to convince?

The executive should be above the judiciary.
Remind me when we last held elections for the judges. They are unaccountable, unlike MPs, who still (albeit watered down from what they once were) face consequences for their actions.
Who elected the media barons?

The executive in the UK is parliament.

That's not quite right. In the UK, the government is the executive branch. Parliament is the legislature. Also, Parliament is still sovereign:

Yes, the UK Parliament is sovereign. This means it is the supreme legal authority in the UK, with the power to create or abolish any law. Parliament's enactments take precedence over any other source of law, including common law and previous legislation. No other body can overrule or set aside an Act of Parliament.

The Human Rights Act (HRA) does not undermine parliamentary sovereignty, but it does introduce a mechanism for incorporating human rights principles into UK law and allows courts to scrutinize legislation for compatibility with those rights. While the courts can issue declarations of incompatibility, they cannot strike down primary legislation passed by Parliament, and Parliament retains the ultimate authority to amend or repeal the HRA itself.

Those who continue to consume their wares.
People underestimate their own power, I always think football supporters could influence things like season ticket prices if they acted together.

I daresay y'all can guess how Trump might deal with the channel boats.

What he does is often stupid, and also isn't legal, fair, decent, honest or truthful, but can have the rather handy quality of getting the fking job done.
We have no power when compared to the USA. What do you suggest, we impose massive tariffs on the EU until they give in?

America has only kept them undocumented to maintain white supremacy.

It's not all about tariffs. ICE doesn't use tariffs, it uses murrican law.
Place Brit law above Foreign law, by law.
So we agreed to something in the 50's? Change our minds, it didn't envisage this situation.

Get in the way of boats entering Brit waters, push them back, tell the French lifeboat services about it - people in their waters needing help. It's the French who let the people get into that predicament.

Announce the policy,
do it.
Possibly a few lawbreakers would drown. Their own fault. Not our responsibility.

Conspiracy alert
Eh?

America allows these people to work, it allows them to pay taxes

4.8% of American workers are undocumented…….They work in essential sectors like agriculture.

America can’t operate without them.

Aveatry please provide an explanation why they aren’t given leave to remain

And genuine refugees. Not for me thanks.
There should be a legitimate route. There isn't one, in most cases. But letting any who can manage it get in by an illegitimate route isn't a policy.

"Everyone" says with more wars, shortages., climate change impacts and the rest there will be more people trying to move around. It needs to be controlled. That should be easier for us, much harder for Italy, Germany etc.
