Hi All
Looking for some advice on these cracks, we moved in 3 years ago and before we did there was a couple of inch gap where these now are, the owner told me they will get it sorted as its still under warranty, all looked good, now these cracks are starting to appear, and its starting to make the left hand door unlockable, one of the pictures show how much higher it is, I've tried adjusting the positioning on the upvc and they've reached their limits is this something serious or just some expansion/retraction of the ground due to loads of rain, and then loads of sun.
Somewhat bricking it as we have almost no spare cash now thanks to the current climates :(
Thanks
Andy

It's a typical (inadequate foundations) connie, just like thousands up and down the country.

They are just, unusable glorified sheds, sold to unwitting folk for a lot of money.
