Nobody can avoid prosecution for serious war crimes, If war crimes are proven then Israel prime minister will indeed face the music. Even the soldiers that are accused of war crimes on either side will be identified and put on trial if their crimes are serious enough. I doubt anyone would disagree with trials being conducted. War has to be vicious and it has to be ferocious in order to meet its objectives. The problem with fighting terrorists is that they do not abide by the rules of engagement and it becomes a case of the gloves are off for both sides.

To be fair, the majority of the civilised and democratic western world would ignore the arrest warrant. Might be worth him steering clear of Lithuania and South Africa though.
