OMG Are We Totally Insane?

It looks like the government tried to stop it. But in the end it was down to the parole board. I wonder what he said to convince them.

I hope they monitor him closely.
 
Also how much is this costing the tax payer to monitor these fruitcakes and how much monitoring are we talking about and for how long?

probably by the little fact that he was about to blow up the London stock exchange and the fact that he was planning to setup a training camp in Pakistan. It says pretty dangerous and a life long Jihadi to me.
 
They say he is on licence now so will be monitored, for how long? You cannot put 24 hr surveilance on him for the rest of his life.
 
Could make it up and saying it was signed off by attorney General
