Angela rayner tax dodger again...

"Annoys" or "grates" come to my mind (if I was personally involved with AR), but also an admiration for the way she puts the "educated" and "upper class" tory twonks down in the HoC.
Watch them tossers squirm :ROFLMAO:
Watching tossers squirm isn't high on my to do list tbh.

You are left with the fact that she declared to Hove that it was a second property and that her “expert” advisor has stated that she should have paid.
Where is this ‘fact’?

Please provide the statement from her advise stating this

According to information released by the legal company who set up the trust were NOT consulted about the situation of buying the new property.

May be that’s were she went wrong

Maybe, but I don’t think she went wrong if that is the case. Her lawyers on the flat purchase should ask the question. Putting property in trust is not commonplace but is certainly known to lawyers. I don’t want to suggest they acted unprofessionally because we don’t know the full details but neither do I blame Ange.

Not sure I agree with that. Trusts are very complicated structures and I would say that the only people to advise on this matter we’re the original authors
The trustees are also experts in conveyancing and real estate tax, perfect place to seek advice (y)

Where did you see that?

media articles state she declared it as the only property she owned.

“When she bought the flat, she declared that it was the only property she owned,”

Maybe it means she declared that Ashton was her main residence for council tax and voting etc.

Just a guess. Not been following.

Can they act for both parties.

Angela sells a property to the trust. Shoosmiths are the trustees of the trust who are buying the property. Can they act for both sides. I don't know.

Stamp duty is a tax, you might expect the implications of buying another property to be flagged up, but as said we don’t know the details

The Brighton flat is seperate is it not, even just ask the trustees for advice, one of the named trustees is an expert in the field.
