there is nowhere in the public domain proving she evaded tax.

She has said, she did not pay tax that she should have paid. The deadline to pay has passed.

She has also said that the allegations against her are true.

I don’t know why you are struggling with the fact that she has confessed to tax evasion.

you’ve just contradicted yourself.

If she was ignorant due to wrong advice, then she paid the amount of tax she was advised.
