Angela rayner tax dodger again...

Indeed.

She told Hove that a home she didn't own (the Ashton one) was her main residence.

Nothing wrong with that.
Until her son is 18 she is classed as having an interest in the house even though she sold her share to her sons trust the day before she bought the flat, if this happened when he turned 18 all above board (y)

I know. That seems to be the issue over which she was given the bad advice.

But it's clear as day on Gov.Uk

@MNW67 needs to quote from the self employed vs employed thread rather than a different thread, its like he does it dishonestly.

Why. Do facts change depending on which thread they are written. That is twice now in the last couple of days you have tried to make that argument. You don't seem to be able to keep track of what you have previously written, even over a very short time period.

What a vindictive comment, it was a court approved care package
She has took money from. Her disabled kid to buy a 25% share in the family home....you know those homes that get left to kids without them having to buy into it

It does look weird. But maybe it makes sense because of this unusual "nesting" arrangement. The son's trust buys the home as somewhere for him to live, and then both divorced parents spend half the time living with him in that home. It saves him moving between homes which might be difficult because of his medical issues.

He hasnt bought the home though only seemingly 25% of it so he doesn't own it.

His trust owns at least 50% now. AR has sold her half to the trust and no longer has any legal ownership. I don't know about her ex.
