That is a completely different issue. We house asylum seekers because we don't allow them to work, claim benefits or otherwise fend for themselves. The government seems to believe that young, healthy British people can look after themselves through a combination of work and the benefit system.
If anyone is fit and moneyed it's the young men who can cross at least one continent and an ocean at a cost of £20k - £40k. I'm not convinced that many of the homeless are either young, healthy or capable of looking after themselves.

What makes me laugh is the number of right wingers who are suddenly worried about the homeless and the sick.

I think France and Rwanda are very different. I can't see any grounds for a judge to refuse someone being returned to France. This is just a temporary hold. Don't you love France?

Wrong. One of the basic tenets is -

Equality before the law:
No one is above the law, and all are subject to the same legal principles,

Well if someone breaks the law by illegally entering a country and isn't prosecuted, but instead rewarded for their law breaking - they are obviously above the law.
