20 point Gaza peace plan (Is Trump one step closer to Nobel Peace Prize?)

It's got a lot of Arab support.

Of course. No-one is going to discard it without serious consideration. And there's a lots of devils in the details. despite your reckless comment
...
Watch out for those who object to it and decry it, those on here that do that only wish to destroy Israel and perpetuate the violence.
...

Just listening to the radio there appears to be an almost universal acceptance including most Arab countries to Trump's 20 point peace plan.

The only opposition I've come across so far is by Hamas, and number of posters on this site.

Hmmmmmmmm.

I think this is where there's method in the proverbial madness. If everyone's broadly on board with the plan, and said plan is presented to Hamas, if they say 'no' it essentially gives Israel the green light to say 'well, you were warned.' BOOM.

In layman's terms, they're well and truly putting the ball in Hamas' end of the court.

The plan does not include an agreement for Israel to recognise a State of Palestine.
That's always been, and probably always will be, the ambition of Israel.

How much more BOOM can they do!

As regards the plan, apparently much of it is so vague as to be almost meaningless. That is probably so Netanyahu can get it past his extremist partners in government. Hamas should say that they accept it in principle.

More than you might think. And I think Netanyahu would be emboldened to take things up a notch.

I see what you mean. In fact, thinking back, there have actually been two more extreme plans mooted already. One is to fully occupy Gaza, and the other is to create a massive concentration camp.

I've asked several times for reputational links to such reports.
And you then disappear.

All the reputational reports of UK's recognition of Palestine as a done deal, no strings attached.

This might be the origin.

Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper said:

"Today’s historic decision, taken alongside some of our closest allies, to recognise a Palestinian State, reflects our unwavering commitment to a two-state solution and affirms the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination. Recognition is an important step to preserve the prospect of a two-state solution, at a time when it is now under unprecedented threat. Two states is the only way to safeguard long term peace and security for Israelis and Palestinians alike. We are clear that Hamas can have no role in Palestine’s future - they are a barbaric terrorist organisation who oppose the very idea of two states. They must release the hostages and relinquish any hold on Gaza. But Hamas are not the Palestinian people. Recognition is only one part of what must be a stronger and wider push for peace. We need to end the conflict in Gaza, secure the release of all hostages and get humanitarian aid to all those who desperately need it. That requires not just an immediate ceasefire, but a plan for a durable peace, which will be a key to my diplomatic drive at the UN this week."

But it's not, nor resembles any pre-condition.
... certainly the UK's recognition of Palestine is conditional on Hamas not being part of it.

Supporters of racism, apartheid and genocide tie themselves in knots when they invent abusive terns for people who disagree.

Strange how the Jew Haters have gone quiet.
