Many don’t get caught, that’s true. Plod seem to have nothing on Moaner and Barrow Boy, but as a general point, it seems morally wrong, and inconsistent, that an accused market trader has to prove someone else was to blame, but when fraud occurs in big business with complex corporate arrangements, the onus is on the cops to prove it.
