Claptrap. Virtue signalling won't get you anywhere.
The NHS is overwhelmed by immigration. We import key workers, they do their job but need a house, maternity, sick leave, benefits and the rest. They send a big chunk of their money back to family overseas, removing it from the UK economy. Many also bring a number of family members too, some of whom never work.
You're attempting silly emotional points scoring. I have hatred, against those who decided that this would happen, against the democratic will of the people. I don't blame the people who take advantage of us, we're complete mugs. Many of the people coming here wouldn't qualify for immigration into any other developed country, especially not one where English is the main language - which is a key reason many come here, as so many people speak it reasonably well as a second language.
When I'm on the bus and it's full, if there are people waiting at the bus stop the driver has to drive past without stopping. He doesn't stop and tell them to squeeze in, threatening everyone's comfort and safety. It's just reality, it doesn't mean that me or the driver hate anyone, we're just doing what's right for everyone else.
The electorate do vote, repeatedly for parties that promise to reduce immigration. Then they do the exact opposite. There's a good reason why people are angry.
