OMGI have read it, he should have been demoted obviously.

Yes the poor bloke received a written warning after 20 years of exemplary service, wouldn't you be pizzed off?

I agree poor bloke, but as he was the supervisor he should have acted, probably even if to just shut the whining up.OMGDemoted for ignoring a silly grievance from a girl who was out to cause problems for her fellow workers. He was trying to keep the peace and harmony around the station, poor bloke would have been hated if he acted upon it.

Yes very possible that he is a hero, he probably was at his wits end with it and why should someone who has hurty feelings and receive a big payout then leave the job be above him? She might have been useless at the job for all we know.I agree poor bloke, but as he was the supervisor he should have acted, probably even if to just shut the whining up.
Maybe he is more of a life saving hero type of guy than a giving orders paper work type of guy?

Why not just tell the blokes she worked with to shut their gobs and make it into a joke? Same as we do with plumbers. How dare a " girl" stand up for herself !
I bet she heard far worse banter in the changing rooms when she was a rugger bugger. How dare a " girl" stand up for herself !
My world would not crash down around me, nor leave me a shell of myself, no.Yes the poor bloke received a written warning after 20 years of exemplary service, wouldn't you be pizzed off?
Or as Harry says, easy cash opportunity.
I agree poor bloke, but as he was the supervisor he should have acted, probably even if to just shut the whining up.

Im always calling people a big girls blouse, suppose I should stop it incase I end up in prison. Why not just tell the blokes she worked with to shut their gobs and make it into a joke? Same as we do with plumbers.

True, real shame though. It's not enough now, to be brilliant at doing the actual job.
That's an interesting point. If your job is manager or supervisor, are you not expected to uphold the employers standards and employment law, and the behaviour of your staff? It's not enough now, to be brilliant at doing the actual job.

Of course but if you are a decorated brave hero type employee should you be pushed out if the supervisor role isn't really for you? That's an interesting point.
