I've read it a demotion is all that was needed.

He was obviously a brilliant fireman who couldn't manage people very well....simple

why didn't they take action then (and stop people saying fireman)
here you are again pushing lies -are you going to acknowledge that fact?

the case was about workplace bullying culture

He was an old school hero fireman he didnt deserve to lose his job...did he do wrong yes, they should have looked after him aswell as her.

You can stamp your feet and call me what you like I wont ever agree

I wont ever agree
Pete says: I wont ever agree to the facts

He was an old school hero fireman he didnt deserve to lose his job...did he do wrong yes, they should have looked after him
they did

they gave him warnings, a disciplinary and when he did nothing they gave him a final warning transferred him to an office job

the fire service did not sack him

what part of that do you think is unfair??

That he was so stressed he had to leave his job all hes ever known probably, an old school hero who was probably really good at the job.

A demotion is all that was needed.

He jumped as he was stressed, if he killed himself would that make your kind happy?
so the fire service has to tolerate intimidation and bullying because nobody is allowed to tell managers they need to deal with it in case they get stressed

Geez you do talk a pile of poo

Not facts just an outcome people mostly like you have come to, no I dont agree.
So you dont agree with facts...........oh dear

You have been posting falsehoods

You said he was sacked for not stopping staff using the word fireman

neither of those things are true
