And if so, who next ?Munroast would you shoot people dead?

And if so, who next ?Munroast would you shoot people dead?

I am not suggesting benefits being stopped - just paid in a different way, vouchers for healthy food, vouchers for heat and light, free access to swimming and gymsYeah take benefits from people with a terminal illness they will soon get better
Yeah take benefits from people with progressive diseases they will soon get better
Yeah take benefits from people who are full time carers, their relative will soon get better
Yeah take benefits from the disabled….they will soon get better
Yeah take benefits from the blind, they will soon start to see ok and get a job
Yeah take benefits from women suffering PTSD from domestic violence, they will soon get better.
Munroast says: there is nobody that actually needs benefits, the Daily Mail told him.
I wouldn't, couldn't do anything like that, would even campaign against it. - but there are many who would, and do you know what, it would save lives in the long run, the crossing would stop and the accidental drownings would too - within a year less people would have lost their livesMunroast would you shoot people dead?

Wages that are good enough to live on should be the aim. That alone would reduce the need for benefits. But it's not an overnight cure, it's a direction. That needs to be startedI am not suggesting benefits being stopped - just paid in a different way, vouchers for healthy food, vouchers for heat and light, free access to swimming and gyms
the country has a major benefit and health problem, how would you sort it out ?
No sane person would even put it up as a thought, let alone a considerationI wouldn't, couldn't do anything like that, would even campaign against it. - but there are many who would, and do you know what, it would save lives in the long run, the crossing would stop and the accidental drownings would too - within a year less people would have lost their lives
what makes you think the UK has a major benefits problem?I am not suggesting benefits being stopped - just paid in a different way, vouchers for healthy food, vouchers for heat and light, free access to swimming and gyms

but you literally put it forward as a solutionI wouldn't, couldn't do anything like that, would even campaign against it.

The media, including the BBC & Guardian - We need to get people back to work, too easy to do nothing now and live well on benefitswhat makes you think the UK has a major benefits problem?
If I was sorting it out, I would start by finding out the actual data: ie how many are not genuine and how many are genuine
Around the corner from me there are some flats which have people in them that are in no way capable of work........I see them walking up to the corner shop buying their groceries (at a high price).
but you literally put it forward as a solution
Munroast said "we could install machine gun posts along the top of the white cliffs, that would sort it out sharpish"

too easy to do nothing now and live well on benefits
You do go on about immigrants taking homes from the homeless then demonise the homeless as benefits scroungers. The lot of you twist your tiny minds into knots trying to justify the implicit racism in your pov.The media, including the BBC & Guardian - We need to get people back to work, too easy to do nothing now and live well on benefits
our country is on the edge of bankruptcy, we need to be gearing up to a war footing to halt Putin, we're all going to have to be a lot poorer and work harder or we will all end up going down the pan
you take it out of context, I was answering a ridiculous post with another ludicrous unworkable solution, I even included pritti & suella.
due to the 'you're welcome' message sent out by the do-gooder' an estimated 9000 migrants lost their lives during illegal crossing to europe in 2024 - that is a lot of souls.

It is very true, a lot of people are better off than if they worked, some refuse to work as it isn't worth their effort. These are the types that need to have benefits suspendedUtter bllcks.

Or wages they can live onIt is very true, a lot of people are better off than if they worked, some refuse to work as it isn't worth their effort. These are the types that need to have benefits suspended

Like single parents? It is very true, a lot of people are better off than if they worked, some refuse to work as it isn't worth their effort. These are the types that need to have benefits suspended

don't think I have ever said the homeless are the benefit scroungers, but you are correct in identifying that mass inward immigration is denying our vulnerable a decent roof over their headsYou do go on about immigrants taking homes from the homeless then demonise the homeless as benefits scroungers. What percentage of people on benefits is that?It is very true, a lot of people are better off than if they worked, some refuse to work as it isn't worth their effort. These are the types that need to have benefits suspended
Interesting how the voters were happy to give Tory 14 years to sort things out, but don’t give Labour 20 months.People want instant answers and a quick fix. There isn’t one - it’s going to be a hard slog.
You don’t care about our vulnerable…you only care when you want to use them as an argument against immigrants.but you are correct in identifying that mass inward immigration is denying our vulnerable a decent roof over their heads
