Secure H3747 PTD help.

Hello, I have a Secure H3747 and ptd setup to control a 2 heating zone and hot water system. All the wiring is fine and the unit is controlling the association zones.

I have two wired nest thermostats and as such have set the h3747 to have wired thermostats on zones 2&4 (this is what is wired to the unit as zone 1 is controlled by the ptd thermostat).

Anyway, the issue is I want to turn on hold until cancelled on zones 2&4 but when I navigate to this option for each of the zones I cannot turn it on, it won’t allow me to do anything.

Any help appreciated.

Yep, so I can get to that option but then can’t select hold for 1 hour, 2 hours, until cancelled etc.

Have you tried new batteries?

The batteries are not replaceable

Apologies, I read the wrong part. You may have to contact secure then, as I see no way to reset.

Yeah, I can’t figure it out. I have reset the system but can’t get hold to work. No worries I have sent Secure an email.
