Electrician replaced Horstmann Channelplus H37XL with new Secure H3747 yesterday.

Old set up
Zone 1 - downstairs underfloor. Usually always on, controlled by wired thermostats in 6 rooms.
Zone 2 - upstairs radiators (on generally once day for hour for towels but boost at night if nursery gets too cold)
Zone 3 - hot water

Now with H3747 over old panel, and new upstairs temp sensor, new system and app only recognising a Zone 1 and a Zone 3 (hw).

Also four channel lights on main unit are orange and if you try to manually boost go red. But no radiators seem to come on. Should they be white?

What has gone wrong? Is it the wiring? Do I need the electrician back? Or anything I can do on the app / temp unit to reconfigure?

Any help appreciated.

They both share the same backplate and same wiring so if no alterations were made then it is not the wiring, why did you get them swapped out in the first place ?

We often have to boost in the night if nursery gets too cold. Just wanted the app to do it over Bluetooth not have to go to a downstairs cupboard every time to manually boost.
