I didn't hear that, only a mention of someone from Labour. Do you have a link to this exclusive story?
I hope not, given that Green policies are insane and communist. They'd need a personality transplant to switch from one to the other.

Thanks, only a Green councillor thankfully. Presumably they issued a grovelling apology for their previous actions and swore that they hadn't worked out they were all communists in disguise when they'd signed up.
reading the title off the thread it looks a bit inaccurate, i suspect the actual number will be sub 5% perhaps 1-3% as most people have no to zero perhaps even less interest in what people who do not represent them in day to day living do...is what Farage promised yesterday. Don't know if a current or just a former MP yet though.
Not sure myself. I wouldn't welcome any of the current cabinet, they all seem to be utterly ridiculous people to me, like they've lost their brains to a weird religious cult. I'd hope that there are sensible voices within the labour party, presumably they're just being quiet at the moment so we don't notice them.
It would definitely be very very bad for Starmer.

Reform's lefty policies like nationalising British steel, nationalisation 50% of the water industry, and scrapping the 2 child benefit cap must annoy you.I know... funny aren't they?
The Watermelon party, green on the outside, red on the inside.
Every Green policy starts with an environmental problem and ends with government control and ownership. The intended solution is the motivation, not the claimed problem. Big government, dominating all. Bonkers hypno-tits ruling our lives.
So would ReformGreens would bankrupt the UK
Green Party leader Zack Polanski says: our message to Rachel Reeves is simple: cut bills, tax billionaires - Green Party
Green Party leader Zack Polanski said: “It is a political choice to keep children in poverty whilst billionaires and multimillionaires get richer, that’s just a fact, and any politician who says otherwise doesn’t have the public’s interests at heart. “Our country is and has been for a long...greenparty.org.uk

Unless it's the Green's idea.Why?
You do know that others are cabable of having non-extreme opinions? Of course public ownership makes sense for monopoly utillities.
Farage is only saying he'll nationalise British steel because he thinks it's a vote winner, he probably won't follow through. Same with the 2 child benefit cap, he just wants votes.Steel is needed for national security, arguably it shouldn't have got where it is, that is due to the insane electricity price and eco and other restrictions. But, after successive governments have forced it into bankrupcy, it probably should be rescued and kept on life-support until the underlying issues are tackled, later privatising it would make sense.
