When we moved in (2022) we founds some stepped cracks in the mortar , 2 under the kitchen window and one above and to the side, none have massively changed in the last 4 years, i forgot about them for a while and i have since heard a subsidence story and now paranoid again ! We had windows replaced in 2023 and none of them are sticking all photos attached , what do you thinkt

Big time, didn’t spot that. Top trim looks visible bowed to me. I think the subsidence concern pics were low level though.
Yes, looking at the photo a bit closer the low level ones are below a tap and drain, so it would be worth checking the ground isn't getting soaked in that area.
Yep, it looks to have bent to me, unless it's the photo. Try a straight edge along the top of the window.

As above, the apparent lack of a lintel (when a timber frame was changed to a PVC frame) & the possibility of wet ground below the hose bib.
Re-pointing was poorly done & is failing.
Any cracks or signs of water damage on the wall in the interior room?
What's the purpose of the two lower & one upper 9" x 6" plastic (ie recent) air bricks?
There is, of course, continuing crack movement between 2022 and 2026 - not very significant but continuing.
The lower brickwork below the hose bib at ground level look sketchy.
You have a cavity wall but no below DPC air bricks to be seen

There is no drain below the tap, just a hose tap out the wall
A few in the kitchen which is the other side but they are where the ceiling meets the wall. The kitchen sink is the other side of the bottom cracks so wouldn’t be able to tell
What sort of floor do you have, to the ground floor, is it timber, or concrete? Timber will sound hollow, and be slightly springy - concrete, will feel solid with no give at all?
