Cracks in brick wall

Hi ,
I have noticed these cracks above and below my kitchen window. I suspect a limited failure of the kitchen window as the brick work above is terrible and we are getting a builder in soon to have a look but currently all struck down with covid. I’m sitting at home getting myself in a state thinking these cracks could be subsidence. They are stair step cracks along the mortar but only appear around and above the kitchen window. We have no cracks internally for now, but some parts of the cracks can fit a 20 p coin in and the house was built 1970’s and has no precious history of subsidence that we know of. We have one wonky door frame but the walls either side are sound and even I think just badly installed.

More likely shrinkage than anything else.

No internal cracks = no subsidence
 
I’ve just had a really good look around and have noticed some cracks inside but they don’t match with the ones outside. They are in the spare room which I hardly go in
