It's the wrong sort of anti-Semitism as far as they are concerned.

That's possible. They just want anything they think is anti-Semitism to be deleted without question.
But this was an academic paper about anti-Semitism, which they couldn't understand how anyone can discuss anti-Semitism without being anti-Semitic.

But maybe it goes like this:

1. Odds posts a valid, non Jew-hating criticism of Israel, or Zionist land-grabbing settlers.
2. You and other posters are so incensed by this that you and other posters bombard the mods with reports.
3. The mods, with insufficient resources to investigate properly just delete the post.
4. You and other posters then start saying "Odds must have posted antisemitism because look - it's been deleted".

For them it's a kind of self-fulfilling process:
Odds posts an article which they can't comprehend --> It must be anti-Semitic --> Odds posts another article that they can't understand --> in their eyes Odds is anti-Semitic --> every post he makes presenting an article is assumed to be anti-Semitic. --> they're convinced that Odds ia anti-Semitic.

I have stayed out of such discussions for a long time. I began to find them incredibly repetitive and tiresome. In this case, it is a shame that you are attacking me with ad hominens over an article you haven't even read which covers an extremely important issue.

23 pages, this has to be the most replies Odds has ever got from any of his threads and yet he has said very little in the way of participating to this thread himself.

Because his academic articles are usually deleted at he behest of MBK, fily, koolpc, Dec27, etc.
So there is little time for anyone else to read them or to comment on them, unfortunately.

Are you aware of the 6:00 till 2:00, 2:00 till 10:00, 10:00 till 6:00 shift pattern?
Or the 2 X 12 hour shift patterns of 8:00 till 8:00 and 8:00 till 8:00?
Or the UK based traders that monitor the Japanese markets through the night?
Or the multitude of many other industries that require 24 hour operation?
