Those look like push fit waste pipes. It's possible that nade up "U" bend is part blocked, sending water back up either / both of the open ended vertical pipes. As a first step open up that U bend and check for blockages. The pipes should just pull apart. Be careful, there is likely to be water in the U.

Yeah all grey pipes removed and cleaned filthy.
Reassembled and still leaking all joints along bottom pipes

I wonder if when reconnecting or originally the pipes had burr on and have cut into the seal?

If I replace joints do I also add a seal to the connection such as silicone grease

The condition of the pipe/ pipe ends must be in good condition ,no scratches on the pipe circumference, and pipe end should be smooth and free of burrs. Lubricant would ease assembly.

If still leaking you will need to replace the fittings, ideally scrap the lot and redo with Solvent Welded pipework if your ability allows.

Push Fit waste, the rubber seals will have hardened over time, and once disturbed will be unlikely to seal again.

OP,
You only need to replace the 90* grey angle fitting seals or the fitting itself.
No need to replace the white, trap compression fittings - simply disassemble & clean them - reassemble with new rubber washers.
Always use compression fittings for sink traps - they can then be easily adjusted or removed for cleaning.

FWIW: your WM waste hose should have entered the sink cabinet at the highest possible point - your WM waste hose is entering the unit too low but if its working, and no smells then leave well alone.

The WM stand pipe should drop into a trap - does yours?
