As we know that most religions are based faith alone rather than evidence, asking someone if they are a believer or non believer sounds a bit concerning.

North Korea was attacked in a similar way during the Korean war, by the usual suspects, America and Britain.
The Chinese intervened and pushed them out of North Korea.
Since N.Korea has acquired Nukes, the usual suspects have become a bit cautious about trying again.

Why would you ask someone if they 'believe' in a historical event.
You wouldn't ask anyone if they believe in the Falklands war for example.
It just sounded an odd question to ask.

No.
Its just human nature to have a pnegative opinion of people you believe are persecuting you or people you know.
It doesn't make it right but that is just the way some people are.
Leaving Jews out if it, if Israel was populated by Albanians for example and they were treating Palestinians the way they are now treated by Israelis, i would guess that there would be a lot more anti Albanian sentiment rather than anti Jewish sentiment among Palestinians than there is today.
You can't be really nasty to people and expect them to send you a Christmas card every year, is all i am saying.
