Hi All,

I have a Baxi Duotec 33, with a leaking - combined double check/isolating valve.
I would like to replace it, but I cannot for the life of me find a like-for-like part to swap the leaking one out.

The type of fill loop I have has the valves with rotary knobs, as shown in the pic below. I only really need the left hand valve, but happy to buy the whole thing if required.

The closest I can find is the Baxi Multifit Gold Filling Loop Kit 5119495 730603 720808301 - would the valve from this be a straight swap?

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.

Seems the old one has been discontinued (Baxi part no. 720808301) and replaced with a more universal kit.

New Part no: 5119495 - Fits the Duo/Duo2/ERP

Ah, thanks for the reply - I just saw your message as I was updating my original post.
I was looking at the 5119495 but wasn't sure if I could replace the rotary knob model with the tap version.

Yes, that's the manufacturer's replacement for your part. What is wrong with yours? Leaking?

Yes, It is leaking at the rotary knob side, which makes me think there is no repairing it.

Absolutely - the key part is the dimension between the cold feed and the return, the tap types are incidental and it should have a built in check valve. The old turn down valve type is probably the reason it's been replaced.
