I got a first written warning, my mate got a final written warning. I told them if he gets sacked then you will have to sack me too, otherwise I am walking. I sort of edged my bets that they wouldn't sack him after that. I am No1 for a reason so I used my influence.

Yes they said they tear them up after that. I think they had been warned not to sack us as they was extremely friendly in the hearing.
