Stiff tap

Hi all

Our kitchen tap is really stiff to turn off and on leading to it dripping when not turned off fully.

I have removed the little cap on the handle but can’t work out how to unscrew whatever is inside and what’s needed to do that? Hoping once the handle is off I could give a good clean and it might smooth things out

There will be an allan key grub screw in there - just need to find the right size. 2 >3mm usually

Can you see anything? Normally a small allen key required, either in there or below the longer rod if removable.
