I have been brought up with this attitude. A full days graft for a fair days pay. If your sick then tough luck. Workers rights? You are either up to the job or your not. An employer does not get rid of good grafters and skilled people. It is up to you to become a valuable employee not a hanger on and dead wood to the employer.
