Sorry, explanation needed.
It's a parody of J.M.W Turner's greatest artwork (see above). After watching Simon Scharma's eloquent episode on the painting, i went to view it at the National Gallery to see what the fuss was about. Mind blown. (worms everywhere.)
Rachel reeves is the little tugboat valiantly drawing the battered PM onwards but John Healey is the submarine determined to sink him once and for all.
