What on Earth are you going on about? Why is it a pre-requisite for the UK to have an embassy in a country to send people back there? As above, their treatment on their return to their home country really is not the U.K.s problem. If they wish to be considered for asylum in the UK then they will have to find a way to do that - we are under no obligation to provide them with a convenient or pleasant route.

It's simple. We won't allow them back here.

We will ratchet this up as needs be until the message is clear. A sensible first step will be that any country who refuses a remigrated person will be subject to crippling tariffs and any airline or other carrier accepting such a person on a route to the UK will have their licence to operate here or fly in UK airpsace/use UK waters revoked.
