A total of six hinges on two doors. All the hinges are in this rusted condition. The central plastic cover has broken away from several of the hinges revealing oxidisation.

Would you be concerned enough to be looking to replace these hinges? I've not been able to find them online so far.

Both of those do look close. Good idea to email them the pictures to confirm either way. Thanks for the suggestion.(y)

An update... may be useful for others?

I emailed photos to upvcspares4repairs, who were really helpful. They recommended which hinge to order however the hinge came with face plate type 84 whereas my face plate is type 79. (Type 84 is for a right-angled door frame; type 79 has an angle.) Of course, it was no surprise to hear that type 79 was likely obsolete. This wasn't much of a problem as I could clean up the type 79 face plates and re-use. The important thing to change was the hinge.
In addition, the hinges sit in nest packers. Unfortunately, those supplied were 4.5mm and these would push the doors away from the door frame so the doors would not make good contact with the door seal. I needed something like 2mm nest packers. Again, I had to re-use the ones I had, which were extremely brittle.
Overall, I'm happy with the result.
Thanks crank39
