I know there is a water shortage, and even if as disabled I am allowed a hose pipe, that's not the point, I just want to keep new plants alive, and so what I need to know is what waste water is safe for plants?

Condensate from the AC is clearly OK, as to peeing in a bottle, worried about the smell so that out, in the main dishes done in a dishwasher, and the chemicals used are a bit harsh, and not easy to divert into a container to use on the garden.

As to normal washing up liquid, I assume OK as remember spraying it to get rid of pests.

But don't want the plants to die, but also don't want to use something which is bad for the environment. Like milk which has gone off for example. It's natural but is it safe to use to water plants?

Washing up liquid will kill plants. Your supposed to wash it off with clean water if you use on plants and also water it down well before using.
I don't know about milk but I'll guess that will also kill plants.
Evolution. Water is best.
People used to use bath water but they never used the modern chemical soaps and liquids we do today.
Probably use my bath water in the garden maybe? but the wife's would kill every definitely. Bubble bath. Shampoo and bath bomb and other crap she throws in.
It's a toxic waste dump

I think that's all a bit pessimistic. Sure there's a lot of "crap" that some might like to put in their baths but I'd be surprised if it's genuinely "toxic crap".

I'd distinguish between trees & shrubs, which I'm pretty sure could survive any bath water, and seedlings, which would not like detergent. Most garden plants would be somewhere in between.

just use bath water, a bit of soap you have washed yourself with won't make any dfi - have a couple of good pee's in the bath to add a bit of nitrogen to the water, (i would guess pee diluted at least 10:1 will be fine, its the salt in it what's a problem to plants)
