If I want to live in another country, I get the skills /wealth necessary to get a visa.

If I need to live in another country due to persecution etc. I am happy to go anywhere safe.

Weird - because it takes more effort to place the capitals in front of each word - so it's obviously deliberate. The fact that some make an effort to write illegible text, says a lot about them.
