As I have stated there are Legal ways but I would exclude almost all single males as being those who Truly Require Asylum; which in my opinion, would almost always be a Family Group or a Couple because I believe that No Self Respecting man would ever leave Women and Children Family Members behind in a Dangerous Situation.

After further consideration of what you asked and because of your allegiance I suspect that you wanted me to say Sir Winston Churchill who in the early 1950's advocated for a United Europe and a Collective Court to secure Basic Human Rights. This was in light of what had occurred during WW2 and the atrocities committed in particular to the Jews ! However, I believe all three of those figures are turning in their graves at what the ECHR has become because of the way that Woke and Leftie Lawyers and Solicitors have Manipulated it to become a Tool for the Rights of Criminals and Disregarding the Real Victims it was Intended to Protect.

The "EU Directive" and the Clause that is referred to is "the Carrier Sanctions Directive of 2001 51/EC that Imposes Sanctions on Carriers – such as airline companies – If they Transport Passengers that are Not in Possession of Valid Travel Documents" ergo, ID papers and Passports, which has been shown on numerous occasions in videos and in interviews that the Migrants Destroy or Dumps prior to setting off across the Channel. So prior to that point they are in possession of the said Documents, which Nullifies that Argument.

Has it occurred to you that you might be the one doubling down?

There is nothing Islamophobic about questioning why Muslims fleeing “war”, skip all the safe Muslim countries.
