How exactly would you force anyone into so called 'temporary detention centres'?

Easily, how do the police force anyone into prison or put under arrest.

And exactly who would guard such centres and how?

Group 4 or plenty of unemployed people to train as prison gaurds.

What sort of force would you want a UK ICE version to be (armed/unarmed?), and where would you recruit from?

Recruit mainly from exmilitary or security background, plenty of options available. No need for armed but they would have a specialist armed section the same as the police have such a section.

You're trying to find fault with something that is clearly possible. Every day private contractors handle thousands of prisoners and detainees. G4S is one such contractor.

You only need to not look much further than some on here who think this is all normal and everyone is fleeing wars, pretty soon it will be us fleeing wars in our own country. It is ridiculous because you can clearly see that the blame rests on the shoulders of our government who are encouraging all of this by offering benefits and a better life than what these people cannot get in their own country. All paid by us of course, they are literally giving away our money wrecklessly.
