Cooling the home, how can I keep a room under 20ºC?

It is unfortunately where the inverter is located, so once the sun comes out hard to keep under 20ºC, but it does not need to be under 20ºC 24/7 as long as the average remains under 20ºC as it takes some time to heat or cool 5 gallons of beer being brewed.

Today 9:30 am, two sets of doors wide open, a fan circulating air in the living room and out of the kitchen, and still at 20.7ºC which is too warm for my beer.

Unfortunately when I moved, I left the brewing fridge behind. Morison's were selling 4 cans for 98p, OK only 2%, but it was not worth brewing when I could buy it that cheap.

Then the Welsh government slapped on extra tax, so £1.76, so I started home brew again. That's between 5% and 6% any lower it will not keep, so now can't drink as much without falling over. Have not worked out how this is better, OK drinking less, but alcohol has increased, this is Labour government for you. They don't seem to have worked out 3 pints at 2% is less than 2 pints at 6%.

I was OK until solar panels, the inverter produces too much heat, but 5 gallons take a lot of heating and cooling, so if I can cool overnight I can keep the average down. Have considered a pipe into the cat flap, with a fan on the end aimed at the beer.

Probably better off asking on a homebrewing forum as this question comes up quite a bit in this weather. A couple of suggestions:
A towel in the fridge or freezer overnight can then be wrapped round it during the day, wouldnt be a steady temp but would keep it cool.
Sit the brew bucket in a large tray/tub of water, could add a little ice throughout the day, should act as a giant heatsink.
Or, work out a way to cool the inverter, not the beer.

Yes, it would cool the fermentor, but it would also make the room damp.
