Jean E Carroll stated publicly that Trump had raped her.

Trump sued Carroll claiming the rape statement was a lie.

Trump lost this case. It was found that what Carroll said was true.
The Supreme Court agreed .

Guilty Trump has paid the $5 million.

his culpability is there for all to see.

The fact he couldn’t be convicted was because he ran the clock down. Irrelevant and he knows it. :cool:

To lose in spite of the billions, the power and the favourability with RW courts, against an ordinary woman, is extremely damning for Trump.

If you punch a member of the public who’s criticised your shoddy work, the police may not take action but you could still be sued for damages in the county court. You would then be an assaulter
