Looking from above it looks like it's on a close couple kit can't see the bolts. Is toilet off new close coupled kit ( flat one with it being ideal). donut washer. Would you just do a full toilet refurb if taking the cistern off? New flush valve fill valve
I'll have a look either way might as well swap everything if taking it off? May just be the donut. But I know that ideal flush valve is obsolete if anything goes with it in the future
Skylo are good and I wouldn't fit an inlet valve without a brass shank but some of the villages around here have up to 10 bar standing pressure and they can't cope with it

I wouldn't send 10bar to any internal valves!
I do Plumbing work in a local pub that is next to a pumping station...
The pressures are ridiculous...
If a fitting went while working on it... You'd lose a few teeth, at the very least!
