Whats your advice here

So the floor looks a bit tatty in the bathroom and is lined with part loft board, part ply and part chip board. Since I'm renewing the bathroom, I thought it maybe a good idea to pull everything out and refresh. The board appears to be 22.3mm thick.

Floor needs replacing.
Could sister joists to strengthen.

so its a good clip for education but doesnt really explain much esle than using pinewood planks for subflooring? I dont mind using that if gives me a solid floor. My idea was to use 15mm marine ply and 6mm cement board on top then your final covering??

I used chipboard flooring 22mm, then tiled on that.
