Working freely in any country aint the problem, its all the rubbish coming over here to live off the state and bleed the system dry.
I live in a small town with an increasing number of immigrants mainly from eastern Europe, so much so that our local car boot sale is becoming known as 'little Poland'. Without exception, those that I have spoken to have no intention of living of the state. A friend, a builder, now employs 9 foreign workers out of a total staff of 42. Another friend, who is employed as foreman in the same building company, is of the opinion that the foreign influx is the best thing that has happened in their firm. The shirkers who were responsible for poor productivity have gone and the hard working remainder helped by the industrious foreign workers have put a new lease of life into the business. Rubbish? They're the ones that have been replaced and are probably now living of the state and bleeding the system dry just like many thousands of other British nationals.
PS If the choice in the poll had been 'Yes because I think that it is an important issue' OR 'No because the topic has already been flogged to death' then I would have made a choice. As it stands, no.
