Yes. I only did it once yrs ago though.. Jewsons sold me some purpose made plaster cove strips which you fix against each existing edge, (can be pretty patterned, ornate etc) then simply fit cove onto new strips.. plaster guys on ere may know better? http://www.bpbartex.co.uk/products/decorative_products/gyproc_cove_menu/gyproc_accessories.aspx
