I have XMEye app for my cctv ,when my cameras pick up motion it sends me a notification. The problem is the pictures are blank ? Anyone any ideas ? Thanks

Hi does anyone know how to reset a admin password On a dvr I have Turned off power removed battery Turn power on Turned off power Replaced battery Tried the password I know 1234-12345 etc But still no joy

So the old dvr hard drive went (tried in others ) didn’t work ! So left it running till new one arrived.it then just died no pics nothing . Tried on really old dvr with no name and all apart from the one working now worked .Put the Swann on and only the one works . I personally think they’re not...

None work on any other channel just the one .

5 are the same and one is a ptz camera .It’s one of the 5 what is working.

I’ve had a Floureon dvr for a while and it’s gone. So had a Swann dvr and changed it over , Only one camera is working ? Does anyone know if there is a setting what needs to be changed and if so where can I find it !thanks

Sorry that was an engineer code ! If u have your code and engineer code google manual it tell you how to turn off alarm company .

Could it be the cable damaged?

I’ve tried alarm cable but when using it reboots the camera ? For instance after a couple seconds of use maybe 5/6 it reboots I’ve used two controllers and does the same .

It is outside and yes has power supply these are the cables .
